Could you post some close up pictures of where you plumbed into the tractors hydraulic lines and details of the hardware you used to do that plumbing?

Thanks guys - took me about two months off/on to complete.

rich - Found the compression fitting from Koyker. They are 10mm and JIC 8 male on the other. Next is a 90º JIC 8f / JIC 8m and last a JIC 8f / JIC 6m to connect to the hose. Had to cut about a 4" section of tube and slightly bent the one from the tank side.

Ron your info & loader look great. Did you build or buy the FEL? I have a 1982Bolens/Iseki TS1910 F (G194) I recently bought from a coworker. Machine only had 1160 hours on it when I bought it. I too would like to add a FEL as well as, if possible a set of remotes so I could run a 3PH log splitter without the expense of a PTO powered pump. I noticed how you tied into your hydrulic pumps pressure line for your FEL. Do you know if I could run remotes by doing something similar. I realize I would also need to tie into the return line and add quick disconnects with check valves. Just trying to get educated. Another friend has put me onto a FEL for a Bolens, don't know the tractor or loader size waiting on that person to call.

Thanks elalexander - yes I built it. My tractor has about 1990 hrs and going strong. Can't help with remotes, about all I know of hydraulics is what I asked about on here to get this job done.

One thing I almost goofed on was the valve. I was looking at the wrong size that had to much gpm for the 1910. The Eaton Cessna 5 gpm from Surplus Center works great and plenty fast too. The valve has power beyond but I didn't use it because it looked like it was going to be more than my ability to connect.

I thought about having remotes but didn't want to bother with it right now - maybe later.

Also, I had planned to post pics along the way while building but those pics were on my laptop and it got fried by lightning hitting the house and running through the phone line. Even had the before pics from when I bought the tractor - bummer.

Ron, did you buy a set of plans for the FEL or just copy something that is "out there". What looks like FEL bracket monuting holes on my 1910, 2 on each side of the bell housing, still have 3 plastic plugs in them. What or where is the front mount connected to? Looks like a brace coming off of the front bumper. Did you ever find out what the hyd. pump puts out. If you have a 5gpm valve remotes for a log splitter most likely would not work. I think that would require around 11 GPM. My tractors engine looks identical. 2 cyl. Iseki deisel?

No, didn't buy plans. Mostly duped a TS1910 I seen on RCOTractor .. think that's the name. Also looked at John's 1910 from down under that posted his on here about year or two ago.

Yes those holes are where it'll mount but I used the one on top too. You can see it in the pic of the bracket. And yes there is bracing to the bumper.
