Great work, thanks for the pictures.
How do you find the speed of the loader? Need to keep those rev's up
I added bracing to the rear axle to spread the load of the uprights as the last thing I wanted was to break my machine in half (heard a couple of horror stories, don't know if they are true though).
I am currently contemplating building a tooth bar for my to give it some more digging ability.

Just for info I got my plans from PF Engineering in the US, if you go to thier web site @ loaderplans.com they have heaps of photos of thier loader on all sorts of machines. (if you can handle the pop ups).
