Chris do you know why i get black smoke out of my ke70 but will not run can you help

If your getting black smoke your getting fuel, if you have good compression it should start, have you tampered with anything else.

Ibput rings pistons and bearings to fix a no compression problem the cylinder head was reworked it has compression you cannot hold finger over glowplug hole it blows it off it has 100 percent better compression i bought it couple years ago it quit running on the man i bought it from i tried to pull startbit but itvseems its not heave enough it get traction to turn the motor it just slides the tires un less the clutch is stuck hope not any advice
