The wiring from the alternator in my Iseki has separated where it had been joined by a previous owner.
The alternator has only 2 wires coming out of it, and they're both green.
The original wiring loom has 4 wires that are wired back to the following terminals on the Voltage regulator:
Wire 1:White wired back to the A Terminal
Wire 2:Yellow wired back to the N Terminal
Wire 3:BlacK wired back to the E Terminal
Wire 4:White with a Black Stripe wired back to the F Terminal
As far as I can see, the 2 alternator wires had been connected to wires 1 & 2, as 3 & 4 were cut low down.
Can anyone advise how I can establish which of the green wires I should connect to wires 1 & 2 (i.e the A and N terminals of the Voltage Regulator)? What are the connections at A and N actually carrying?
Thanks in advance
