Iseki TU2100
Hi all
I’m having some troubles with my tractor hydraulics they were working ok then while doing some loader work they suddenly slowed right down and now they will barely lift up same with the 3 pt hitch won’t lift any weight
I checked the hydraulic filter an oil level all good then took the hose off coming out of hyd pump has good flow and pressure also checked hose going into the loaders hydraulic control it also has good pressure
Wondering if anyone can help?
it’s an Iseki tu2100 tractor 20hp

If you have good flow and pressure the system should work. What kind of flow and pressure did you have? Look for any pinched or kinked hoses. Replace the hydraulic filter. Do you have a screen somewhere on the suction or return side of your system?

I’ve timed how long the hose takes to fill up a container it’s about 10LPM or 3GPM I’ve already cleaned the filter and all hoses look ok. It doesn’t have hyd remotes
It seems to have good pressure and flow but just quits when under a load could it be the bypass valve?

Not sure about a screen on the return side it looks like the hose just goes straight from hyd pump back into top of trannny

I'd start simpler than taking the hydraulic lines apart. Hopefully you checked the fluid level and that's OK. Remove all the quick disconnects, confirm all valve levers are in the neutral position (not detented), including any remote valves you may have. Then drive the tractor (I assume this is hydrostatic). If it drives OK, connect one set of hoses for the loader and see if it works. If it does connect the other hose. If it works it was either a lever in a detent position or a QD not connected. If it drives OK but the hydraulics still don't work, then think about the next step.

Is it possible you're checking the output of the power steering pump and not the hydraulic pump for the hydraulics? Most tractors operate around 2000psi and if you disconnected the high pressure side of the pump that is a heck of a lot of pressure and could be dangerous depending on what you disconnect and how you disconnect it. The water pressure in your house is probably ~50psi, so did it seem like the pressure was 40 times that high? It would be a lot safer and accurate to get a pressure guage and connect it to one of the QDs on the loader and measure the pressure there. It doesn't seem like this would be a filter or a screen problem if it was working fine right up to the moment that it wasn't working fine.

Thanks for the reply
it is a gear drive machine it also doesn’t have power steering or quick disconnects on the loader. The loader is a dodgy home made contraption there is just a line going Straight in from the valve block on the tranny and a line going out back into the valve block. See attached photos

the hose on the top right is the return and the one going straight out to the left is the main hose going into the valve block for the loader the one on the bottom right is from the hyd pump

I can't think of any more simple things to do.
I'm thinking you need to get a pressure guage with the right fittings on it so you can T it into the system somewhere. Given the way it's plumbed, it's probably easiest to tap into the high pressure line coming into the loader valve body. Does the pump seem to make more noise than it used to? Here's the pressure tester I made, you probably want something similar. Hopefully there's a hydraulic shop where you can get fittings, otherwise you'll have to order online.
