Next up, are your tires filled? Do you have a FEL on the tractor? Bucket full of dirt? Wheel weights? Tire chains? Do you use the diff lock? I have a gannon box that is about 950 pounds. When the going gets tough, I fill the FEL bucket with dirt, use 4x4 and stand on the diff lock so both tires with agressive chains pull hard while in low.
If that doesn't work, try taking out a few scarifiers.
I have to admit, I don't use the scarifiers much. Just the first pass or two to break the sod up, then the weight of the box does the rest. Try to adjust the top link to finesse the operation. If you shorten the top link all the way down to minimum length, the back of the box won't hardly touch the ground, just the scarifiers. That might work for you.
