Just an update here.
All you Kubota owners should be happy as clams. You've got brakes for life. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
From all the blue and purple in there, I'd say those brakes got pretty warm, but all the pads are still within factory tolerance and nothing is warped. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
Pulled a magnet through the UDT and there was no metal. Havent' cut the filter yet. I suspect all the black ugly stuff in the fluid was probably carbon.
Talked with the Kubota tech fella back east; he tells me to have the loader on the ground and 3pt as low as possible and then fill to the top of the dipstick for the correct UDT level.
