The bi-directional does. The original picture is of a TJ which is designed to work moving forward. THe bidirectional is a tad different. The entire cab interior rotates 180 degrees. If you are pointing towards the hood of the tractor your contorls tell you that is forward, rotate 180, now your controls are telling you that is forward. It is slick, great visibilty by going what we would consider backwards which is where the loader mounts. Fun little machines.
