Righto

I have a 5525 now and I don't know if I could go down to an E. I think I would have to buy the M for the ergonomics. Then with the tougher frame, etc., I bet I could "justify" it. :)

The best part on the 4520 is the transmission. For close up work and inexperienced drivers it is pretty hard to beat. Punching holes with a post hole digger with the 4520 is a breeze.

Nice tractor - bale any hay with it yet?

D.

The cab layout is well done. Everything is right at hand. There's seven (7) controls for the air seat! The swivel feature is great.

No hay just yet. Too early for up here - one cutting a year mostly. If you ever get 2 cuttings; you'd better climb off the tractor at the end of the field and kiss the ground!!! :D

The contractor that's helping me put the pole-shed up commented that the tranny on the M (PowerReverser) is "just like a forklift". I didn't put that observation together but he's spot on..

For close in work though; you have to be very good with the clutch! eHydro and cruise control would be somethin' with these tractors! Of course, if I did alot of heavy ground engagement work - plowing, heavy disc harrow - then the eHydro would not likely be high on my list.

congratulations one sweet looking tractor :), you and I have communicated in the past before about these tractors and I tell people the same thing for a little more money you can almost get into the larger frame tractor people just can't believe it but it is true. With that being said by the end of the summer I'm hoping to pick up a 6000 series dealer demo I originally looked at the 5095M but after equipping it with all the options I can get the larger frame 6000 nearly $3000 more of courses a demo with about 45 hours who cares warranty like new take care and enjoy that tractor especially with the wind blowing and snow flying everywhere take care

Nice rig! I knew you were going to like it.

No hay here either. Normally, it would be time for our second cutting. Just not enough rain. Our fourth year of below average rainfall and this is the worst. We did get 1.3" yesterday. I hope that we can get one cutting, at least.
