Thanks everyone....got me a Mazda 3 a few weeks ago..42+mpg so far...now as stated, I can work one the never ending things to fix any time rather than kill myself on Saturdays...then head back to H-town....I think I will sit on the front porch and have a beer this weekend to let it soak inView attachment 399462:cool2:

I have a suggestion --- maybe have 2 beers! Congrats and good luck.

those beers taste so good on the porch with hardly a sound being made and the clear blue sky

CONGRATULATIONS!!!

The wife and I have been working on house plans for 2 years - lol. After a number of attempts found their way to the floor, we finally contracted a home designer and have made good progress. Looks like the floor plans are finally complete and we're ready to start working on ceilings and whatnot. With any look we'll break ground in the spring. This has all wound up costing twice as much as we were planning - LOL ... but it's going to be great!

Your move is certainly longer, as ours is only 5 miles to the farm from our current home. BUT, we share in your excitement and wish you great happiness in your new home.

Funny you should mention that; Sharn Jean has a new Mazda 5 and I love it. Wish it were a bit more comfy for long trips, but over all a great car. 36 mpg

When I bought my property in 1998 I moved out of the city but still had to go in to work every day.
When I made the left turn from the county highway to my road I could feel my blood pressure drop! That was every day.
