Yep, you can still get Vernors around here!
And yes, we call it Pop. When someone says Soda, you know they're not from around here! I heard that somewhere down south everything is Coke, as in what kind of Coke do you want as if there is Orange flavored Coke or something. /w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif
I really enjoy accents, even picked up a Canadian accent one weekend from a group of friends from Ontario when I was in college. Went back to campus and upon meeting some new people they asked if I was Canadian! Shocked me. I've got a lot of cousins in the Ft. Wayne, Indiana area and they even have slight accents to those of us in Michigan.
