This is a nice place I visited saturday.Some very nice barns and sheds.

Yes. That sure is a nice place. Darn well kept too. The place looks like nobody lives or works there, it's so clean. Some fine barns too, didn't see any tractors though.

Horse people have deep pockets... look at the Virginia horse center. Makes you sick that a horse lives better than people.

A lot of them also have places in the south so the horses can become snowbirds and head for Florida for the winter.
There are some beautiful places around Ocala, Florida just like that.

Very true.I used to be a horse people, but without the deep pockets.
This place is owned by a single man and he want's to sell it all.
There is a Deere in the tractor shed...good sized, don't remember the model.
It's my dream place...maybe next time.

Around here, good perced 1 ac lots are going for $150-225k if you can find them.This farm is approx. 40 acres and sub dividable,asking price is 3.2 million.

Very nice place. 3.2 mil is not very expensive for that property especiaslly it's subdividable 40 acres. A quick math will say that If one wants to divide it into 30 lots then it'll be worth 6 mil or more. A quick way to double your money.

Correct. A 10 ac. parcel right next door just sold for almost a million.It was his also.I guess planning for the future has some merit.
