I'm impressed! That's a heck of an egg.

My breakfast was two chicken eggs lightly fried with busted yolks, served on two toasted English muffins. Sort of like McD's, but better.

Do you raise chickens? I just started a few months ago. It nice to have fresh eggs for breakfast. Taste better too.

No, I don't have chickens. Years ago in Ohio I raised free-range chickens and the eggs were very good. I bought the supplemental and winter feed in bulk fresh ground from the local elevator. I sold lots of eggs to the people I worked with and they were glad to get them.

The idea of raising animals appeals to me still but the free-range season is not very long here for laying hen purposes, the only feed available for small flocks is what you can buy in bags. The other issue is there is no one to care for them if we go away. My wife might eat six eggs a year. All in all, it's better for me to go to the local farmer's market and buy eggs.

It looked just like an avocado to me at first. I thought "maybe they call avocado's green eggs in W. Virginia"......
Then I saw the next pic....I had my mouth set on Guacamole too.
