A m/c accident almost ended my wifes life as well, rear ended while doing 70 down the freeway.

It will get better with time I promise.

Hey, welcome back Gary! I was wondering what happened to you. Glad you're OK, sounds like quite an ordeal. If you need a hand with anything, let me know. There are several of us not too far from you.

Thanks, Rob. I've got a lot of 'catch up' to do for sure. I'd thought I'd be in my new house by now. I'm living in town and a lot of the work I did out there has gone backwards over the past two summers now. I'm hoping to really hit it hard again come spring. I may well take you up on your offer then. Hopefully I'll be in better shape to do something myself by then, too.

Right now I'm sitting here all worn out just from answering the door for the Trick-Or-Treaters. I know I could have just left the porch light off, but that's not me. Besides, I really enjoy seeing all the kids and the exercise is good for me (though I never thought I'd ever talk about getting out of a chair and walking 5 steps "exercise."
