How much has the Japanese Yen increased in American dollars over the past year? Are other exporters charging more for tractors because of the Yen's strength the past year?

I have tried to watch the Yen rate. The problem is that the tractors are paid for in advance at that rate. The time it takes to get them here makes a lag that makes it hard to use the rate to any advantage. So the tractors you buy today may have been bought two or three months ago, sometimes even longer if they were bought in a large group and shipped over a long period of time. And they charge more just because they can, supply and demand.

Most of my offers used to be in Yen , but when the dollar got weak the Japanese didn't get as many Yen. The last time the $ got week , they started pricing the tractors in $ instead of Yen. The price of tractors didn't go down when the $ was weak , so the price hasn't gone up much since the $ has strengthened.
