Nice machine. If it was in my area, it would have sold already. Your asking price is about $4K lower than most in my region.
The JD1050 with the Yanmar turbo 3-cly is a very desired machine. If it was red, then it's a YM4300 in Yanmar brand.
If you go smaller, the JD1025R or the Yanmar Cub Cadets would be something to consider. If you are near a Rural King, then the RK37 would be really nice.
