I jumped on the JD 1070 and started it and the clutch was stuck and would not release. The crew drives it most of the time and after picking up some new Bobcat units i don't run the JD 1070 much but for post holes. What do you think is the problem? (clutch stuck to flywheel)????

Doesn't take much rust to freeze the clutch to the flywheel.
Try popping the clutch at 1500 RPM.

Hopefully, you'll break it loose. Henceforth, make sure you block the clutch pedal down (you may see a tab on the pedal to clamp to the floor boards) if you leave the tractor unused for any length of time...especially if it's outside or in damp conditions.

Try to get it into a low gear and stand on the brakes. My 1070 did this once. I put the rear mower on it and it bogged down in high grass and that fixed it.
