JD 110 TLB Loader Slow

JD 110 TLB 350 hrs.
4 way front bucket hyd command constant to open.
Loader slow to rise and lower with and without Aux. Hyd.
Disconnected SCV to isolate from system. Problem still there.
Tractor slow in drive mode also.
Loader tilt motion is normal.
When switching Aux from front to rear there is a constant pressure command.
Fluid level and condition is normal.

Any ideas would be appreciated.
