The l120 and 130 transmission is identical they run the same max mph generaly the set engine rpm is around 3250-3300 for both.. Generaly 5mph is tops when mowing There is no differences in the transmissions on the l110 120 130's..
The issues u describe have been looked at most consumers don't go over 5 mph and generaly well recieved model changes however in coming years will address this issue.
