You don't series CC valves.

Why waste money on a PB sleeve. Get the correct CC plug.

You can then add all the CC valves you want in parallel.

I bought the quik tach adapter on Ebay. When our church went to Joplin to help rebuild, the factory was forty miles from where we we working. They sent a worker home early to deliver it free to me.
