Anyone want to offer guidance on the ground clearance difference?

Operator's cockpit differences, if any? 3 pt hitch differences, if any?

2320 versus 2520

Both tractors have the same ground clearance - 12.5" - Which doesnt make sense because the 2520 bigger tires.. But that is what the deere website says..

I do not remember how the deck height was adjusted on the 2520. I do remember that was one of the features that moved me to the 2320.
The 2520 deck height is done with the rockshaft. It has the 3pt position control, which the 2320 does not,but as you stated the 2320 does have the deck control. I guess that is why alot of 2520 owners opt for the independent lift for their MMM deck.
All in all, they are both great machines for sure:)

Bp it might benefit you to do some searches for 2520/2320 comparisons. I know there are plenty of them out there:D

The frame on the 2320 is approximately 14 inches wide while the frame is only about 10.5 inches wide on the 2520. When I compaired the 2320 to the 2520 I thought the 2320 was made a bit better. I said to myself at the time, the 2520 was an after thought looking for a market niche.

The 2320 has postilion control on the 3PH, only the 2305 does not. All the 2x20 series use the rockshaft/3PH arms for deck raising/lowering, with the independent lift optional.

Thank you guys, really. These are the kinds of real world insights for which I asked. Deeply appreciated. Glossy .pdf files only say so much.

Leaning toward the 2320. Just wanted to be sure I wouldn't give up a "killer" feature or two from the 2520.

I am getting confusing stats on the ground clearance. Some websites (Deere) seem to list the clearance as 244 mm which is approx 9.5" while others, listing it in inches as 12" plus. Well, it can't be both!!:D This is a drop, stop and roll issue for a vegetable farmer like me. Again, very grateful for the feedback.

Greg, thanks but no. I have read some of these other threads, but I have found it much better to ask specific questions and get specific answers to what I want to know. When I have to travel 60 miles to the Dealership, I want to be very well and very specifically informed. Thanks for your help.

I am going to need some explanation of the 3 pt system. I won't be mowing grass, so the deck lift is irrelevant. Interesting, but irrelevant.

OK, the 2305, 2320, 2520.

Each "step" up seems to be longer wheel base, if I read the specs right.

If you know, which uses the HST fan, of fragile repute, and which do not?
Any other recommendations as to differences, bang for buck especially helpful.
