I would check the hydraulic fluid level. Should be a yellow dipstick somewhere in the back. If its full you may have a clogged screen or its possibly time for a fluid and filter change.

No, The 2025R has a single hydraulic pump, 2032R has two separate pumps.
John Deere claims 2025R on the website it has 2 pumps, but looking one over at the dealership... There website is wrong, Someone made an error.

Oh yeah which fluid. Use Genuine John Deere Fluids either Hy-Gard or Low Viscosity Hy-Gard depending on the weather conditions you live in

The #4 stuff is a gerotor pump used for the power steering, the unnumbered external gear type pump is for the implements. Two pumps sharing some parts.

I see the same thing Cocre stated in that parts key # 4 is pump #2
