No change almost like the lever is not connected to anything inside.

I'll bet the spring(parts key #4) or the follower(parts Key#3) broke

I bet your right. I'll look where I drove yesterday. Not too far luckily

Both items I mentioned although on rare occasions have had a history of breaking. Bad side is one needs to R&R RS housing to see. Is you tractor open station or cab model?

R&R of RS housing is fairly easy on an open station. If you decide to R&R RS housing I would advise to R&R 3 pt control valve o-rings while housing is off as the o-rings have a long history of leaking.
