JD 2150 problem

I have a JD 2150 with a Hydraulic problem.

We have replace the oil pump in the transmission (the pump was bad) about a month ago and we replace the Hydraulic oil, filter and cleaned the screen. Work good for a few weeks. Now the tractor has PS some of the time and the lift is real slow in raising. The lift does not leak down when parked. I use this tractor on weekends and it seems that the longer it sits the worse this problem becomes... The front pump is working.

What should we check?

Does the lift chater a good bit when you let it up.
