Ok, so I thought it was going to be a big project but it turned out to be a simple fix. I’ll post it in case anyone else has the problem. All I ended up doing was turned the lever counter clockwise all the way and out of the machine. We could see the ball seal but it was stuck inward. We took a flat punch and lightly tapped on the ball a few times. Put it back together and at first it didn’t work but after a bit of turning the lever back and forth a few times and BAM. It is fixed. Three point implements now go up and down easily. My recommendation is to turn that lever on your tractors fairly regularly to keep it working g right. Thanks again for all you guys’ suggestions, and thanks to my buddy Brandon for helping me fix this annoying problem.

For future reference, educate yourself on finding the parts illustrations like Jim posted and B and D recommended. They are invaluable when visually trying to understand function.
