I agree that the dealer is very important. But more specifically, the service side. The sales side is pretty easy to compare. The problem for a new buyer is, it's hard to know until you have to make use of it.
My buying experience was pretty great but suffice it to say that although I'm not religious, anytime I've had to bring my tractors in for service, I hit the pews. Of course, that's just me. There might be 10 others who've left dancing The Jig.
