JD 261 rear mount mower

I am thinking of buying a JD 261 rear mount mower, 60 inch, for my 2320. Do not prefer other brands because of a dearth of dealers and know how in my town. With JD, don't have to worry about it.

I will using the JD 261 to groom a few acres of pasture which is our "pet"
acreage.

Any comments from JD 261 owners, negative or positive, will be appreciated.
Also, I don't see on the JD write up whether or not it is IMatch compatible.

Just make sure a finishing mower is what you want. You might want to look into a rotary cutter unless that pasture is lawn like.

I have a 5203 with MX6. I will whittle it down to size first and then want to try my hand at turning this nice piece of bottom ground into our "park". I think after I get it with the MX6 and thereafter keep up with the new growth after our Texas rains. , it will work. But that's the great thing about this site. don't mind someone else's opinion. Don't ask me why I am doing such a stupid thing, but I am.
