JD 3038E vs Kubota L3200

LOL honestly that was just to mess with the JD people. (secret society) I am really not trying to get people like really upset honestly. I just dislike people comparing things not comparable as I stated. So I posted and the Green came out in a few and I got a slick streak to poke back. I get the same crap about my Truck. It has ample power and room...but again it's not a Ford so I hear it. It's ok I have broad shoulders as I think we all do here. I just love working outside and tearing stuff up with equipment. If it is splitting wood, turning wrenches, or mowing the lawn just keep me out in the sun and I'm content.

Truth be told my 1988 Suzuki Samurai was my best field hand...rigged up a spreader to seed and fertilize with and used it to drag also. So glad that part of my life is over. It is pure HECK when you have to go against the disc rows. Its like going over railroad tracks at 10mph for 5 acres.

Here is the only picture I have right now...in Atlanta working. Will post better once I get time.

Good thing you got the trailer with the deal :thumbsup: , makes it a lot easier to take it back for service work. Just joshin ya, congrats on the new tractor, she's a beaut.

That's right...that's the Kubota meetings that I was thinking about.

The JD ones are every second Thursday, right after the MENSA meeting.

Just FYI for everyone if you're looking at 30-40 HP options:

The LS R3039H the New Holland Boomer 35 and the McCormick CT36HST are all the exact same tractor, albeit that NH strips off one set of rear remotes to add as an option and uses a NH built loader vs. a more capable LS built loader. So technically you could try dealers for all three brands to check on current offers.

The CT McCormick tractors are no longer available in the US, although they still seem to be in Canada. The newer McCormick X10 series replaced them, made by Daedong (Kioti).

As noted the McCormick isn't available in the U.S. any longer, but the Case/IH Farmall 35B is the same machine (uses the same loader as the NH does).

Farmall® B Tractors

I have yet to see an equally optioned NH or Case/IH/Farmall come close to the LS price....typically they run at least several thousand dollars more, and some have been $10K+ more.
