JD 3120..Deal or no deal?

I 've been using this tractor for about a week to see if i want it....I have not paid for it yet so I dont HAVE to buy it. Its a 2006 JD 3120 with ehydro 4x4 , 300x FEL and 447 backhoe. There are no other implements included other than pallet forks for the FEL. It is pretty much new looking condition with 90 hrs. The price is $13289.00 total. The only thing I see on the net is that the price seems pretty good for the tractor because there are price ranges from 13k to 29k and 13k seems to be on the lower end.. I do not have any value guide...Im only going by what the JD dealer said he would pay for it over the phone. I did explain to him that the hrs were fairly low at 90 and that the thing still had pretty much new appearance. This was the price he stood firm on.

Question #2.... If this ends up being a deal and i do pay for it and own it, I need a mowing implement of some sort.....My Cub Cadet 50" Zero Turn is getting well worn and i would rather purchase something to mow the 5 or 6 acres of centipede that can hook to the tractor instead of buying another zero turn. What should I get?

Ha...no spam....It was a trade in at one of our car dealerships.....It was priced by the John Deere dealer so we had a place to sell it quickly if need be....Well, I've been a 23 yr. employee here and i found out that we traded for it by word from other employees that work at that dealership. I had it flat bedded to my property and have pretty much decided it was meant to be! I spent hours reading the owners manuals and have already learned how to disconnect the 447 backhoe and have installed the 3 point hitch and hooked up my box blade to fix our gravel road at the house. I still have to write the check.....

If I found a similar set-up in decent condition at that price I would have bought it already...

Unless you inheirit one I don't think you will find a better deal. If it is mechanically sound then write the check before someone else does.

Grab it!!!!!!!! 90 hours is nothing. The price is about equal to a new 2320 w/FEL. Just the 447 BH was $6k or so when new

That is one heck of a deal. A once in a lifetime for sure. That setup is worth all of 20k. The hoe alone was about 7k(in this area anyways)tractor an loader were over 20k so with 90hrs is still relatively new. I'd jump on that deal now!

Yeah, that is not a good deal...it's thievery! Let me know where you are at so I can help you out of that situation.

In all seriousness though...price it out on the JD website to see what a new one would sell for.

Well, seeing how we are not a tractor dealer, I guess this is why we got such a good deal....funny thing is, I'd been wanting a tractor for a few months now and then this deal came along......Must have been meant to be but I had no idea it would be such a good deal to you guys....That JD dealer must have been trying to steal it........Im really enjoying it....took the console apart on the right side last night and fixed the loose throttle friction bolt....pretty easy deal. Thanks guys..still need help on which implement for grass cutting...I'll post that separately.
