I think you will be happy with a good 5 or 6 foot. finish mower..some call them grooming mowers with a rear discharge..Mine is a bush hog brand finish mower but it has a side discharge and that is the only thing I don't like since the side shute gets in the way going around trees, fences and other obstacles but the rear finsis mowers are easy to adjust the height of mowing with spacers and float on 4 wheels so you have no scalping problems..I enjoy the heck out of mine. You got a great deal..hurry up and pay for it so it's yours before something happens..

Regarding grass cutting, check if you have a mid PTO and 3 rd SCV valve - you would need both for a MMM and if not they will add to the install cost. High end of cost, but perhaps ultimate convenience would be Auto Connect 72" 7 Iron MMM. Depending on your terrain a RFM with rear discharge might be a good choice and offer a wider range of selection than MMM.

For FEL work the BH makes a great "ballast box"

As to the poor smuck that traded it at the dealership, he took a beating!!! I doubt your dealership has over $10K in it. I see deals like this occassionally at the local dealership where my Sons work. We've picked up some really good vehicles for a song based on a customer taking a beating on a trade. Capitalism at it's finest!!!! Poor guy, he could have sold it within 24hrs on Craigslist for the $13K, then bought his vehicle straight up at the dealership. But again,,, great for you!!!!
