I'm with you about the brakes and hydro pedal, it's a huge turn-off. The salesman told me that you have to have it in cruise control to use the brakes individually. I see more Kubota's out there than JD but its probably the price. I paid about 4,000.00 more for my JD over a Kubota. It wasn't a perfect match as far as features but it was as close as they could get. After driving the JD and then the Kub there was no way I was getting a Kub. That hydro pedal is awful.
