My recommendation would be to buy a good mower setup for the lawn work first. Something smaller and lighter than what you have listed, which will address your mowing needs well. I would then give the tractors are hard look considering your present and future needs and uses. Upgrading can be very costly so it is better to get one large enough the first time. Also a tractor heavy enough to get some ground engaging work done is too heavy to mow with in finished areas such as lawns.
I have had good results using the x749 for the lawns and finishwork and the 4520 for the larger jobs involving grading and shaping with ground engaging tools. The 3720 doesn't fit either task very well imo. but can work for a small estate size property as an 8 in 1 tool.
For your property I would do some more shopping as you might be better off with a big ztr and a 5000 series tractor just depends on your long term needs.
