JD 3yr/2000hr warranty?

not sure what theyre extended warranty is or what they offer, but if i think that in 3yrs i may only have a few HUNDRED houirs on the machine not 2000 etc. can i opt for a 4 or 5 yr 1000hr warranty? Its not that i feel something would break on these things but i cant possibly use more than 1/4 of that warranty package. How much could you save with no warranty or a 1 month warranty? haha

My new Deere has only a 2 year warranty. I didn't get a warranty registration form describing what is covered like I did with the New Holland TC 45 D. I guess the warranty is only as good as the dealer,.... like I found out with the big tractor.

lol, i just wondered if its like cars you can get longer warranties or change the conditions at all, like some cars you can get 10yr warranties or 100k miles and others 5yr or 100k etc.?
