JD 4100 3PH arms hitting tires

I haven't had time to check the owners manual yet but has anyone had a problem with the 3PH lower arms hitting the bars on ag tires if something (brushcutter) swings to one side?

I have a 4110 which is almost the exact same tractor. You need to adjust the turnbuckles to make it fit right. And you also need to put the pin in the rear hole on the arms so it will pick the brushcutter up high enough. I have the R4 tires and it don't hit them even.
