I've had my 4110 with the 410 FEL for about 2 years now. Starting to notice leakdown on the FEL. I can understand a little leakdown witht the enging off, but even when running it will drop about 2 inches in 10 minutes. I called the dealer and he said that was "normal". I've seen tractors at dealerships with the FEL up in the air all day and no drop.

Does anyone have any feedback on this? Maybe a cause or fix?

Thanks for the help

Howard, I think most of the manufacturers do allow some leakdown that they consider "within specs" and, for all I know, it may vary with different manufacturers. My '95 B7100 Kubota with the B1630C loader started doing that, although I think it was probably leaking down about twice as fast as your tractor is, even with the engine running. The dealer put new seals in the boom cylinders and that didn't help a bit. So the factory rep thought it probably needed a new valve, but then the valve checked out OK, so they replaced all four cylinders under warranty, and the fixed it.
