My 420 loader bucket cutting edge is 3/4" thick. For the width that I need, 59 1/2", all of the toothbars that I see are manufactured for a bucket with a cutting edge no more than 5/8" thick so the toothbar would not fully engage the front of the bucket. Does anybody use one of these on thier loader or is there a toothbar that I have missed out there made for a thicker edge?

You can't go wrong with BXpanded stuff. I don't know how I got anything done before I got mine.
What material is your toothbar made of and is it heat treated, "tough hammered finish silver" sounds pretty but not very durable. As it wears will I be able to redress the edge? It looks like the hooks along the top edge would be a weak point in the design and without a replaceable tooth/tip my concern would be breakage, is there a warranty for this product? Can you please address these concerns?

You can call Harry and talk to him about it. I've had mine on now for a few months and I've beat it into rocks and broken up old leftover cement. I've even dug into stuff that my B3200 could not curl or pick up. Nothing has bent or broken yet and the edges are still like new.

you may or may not be interested, I plan on building one soon for my 420 loader. I'm gonna have to replace the bottom pan also. I HAVNT really looked for one, just always planed on building one.. Idaho farm equipment or wr long may be able to help though. LUTT
