If the 425 is in good shape and has been taken care of, buy it. You won't regret it. Way better choice than new, given an x728 with those attachments would probably be almost 3 times as much.
Check the 4WS steer mechanisms for wear. The should move freely with little play and where the zerks are there should be plenty of grease.
