JD 4310 E-HYDRO won't move

As a I said when I passed throttle step a new flash code appears (**-*) flywheel sensor
In the manual when this code appears in calibration mode that means engine speed is not in range and you have to adjusted
My question how to do for adjusting it to 950 rpm at low idle and 2810 at high idle?

As I said Ihave only problem about forward and reverse proportional valve. After checking coil resistance and continuity to controller that are good. I tried to measure the current from controller to coil and I find 0mA the manual shows that must be 950mA in BOT
Then I note that module doesn't respond to pedal or there is something that prevent controller to provide current to coil !!!!

Finally, the tractor works after I change the Flywheel Speed Sensor and make calibration
