JD 445 Fuel vaporizing

Has anyone had the fuel vaporize on their 445 or 425? Today was about 80, i topped my tank off at the house (level ground and i have never over fueled) . Mowed for about 40 min with my trac vac behind me, normal speed and what not. I went to offload the trac vac and fuel was spitting out the cap vent. Went ahead and took the cap off to relieve pressure and it was gurgling bad. I pumped half the tank out, let it cool about 30 min, and as i turned the key on, the normal fuel pump procedure gurgled again. After starting it a couple times it went back to normal so im guessing the vaporized fuel was pushed out. Mind you, the tractor never stalled, sputtered or cut out. No sign of overheating either. This is my 3rd year with it, and have mowed at hotter temps so im just curious if anyone has had this issue and if the lines needed insulated. Tractor has about 1650 hours, thanks guys
