JD 445 Head bolt torque setting

Would someone please share with me the proper head bolt torque setting in FT LBS for a JD 445 with a Kawasaki engine?

The torque setting and many other vital specs are in the factory service manual. Reasonably priced on CD or hard copy from the nice folks at 1-800-522-7448.
Re-using head bolts is not a good idea.
What prompted the head removal in the first place?
Have you chased the threads and relieved top thread?
