JD 4600 Seat

The seat on my 4600 has come unglued from the base. Does anyone know of a fix other than buying a whole new seat assembly? The seat cushion is in great shape but I am unsure if it can be re-attached. Looks like they are attached under pressure at the factory.

I had the same problem with the seat on my Deere 4400....probably the same seat you have.
In my case, the seat back was separating from the bucket.
My solution was using Gorilla Glue and using a 50 lb bag of sand on the seat. Let it cure for a day and now it's fine.
I did put a seat cover (available at your Deere dealer, but cheaper on e-Bay) after that repair.
