JD 4720 and 4520 price check

My dealer priced me a 4720 hydro with R4 tires and a 400x loader for 26000. I think I can get him down about 500$ more. He has a 4520 with ag tires and I can probably get the 400cx loader with it for about the same price. He also priced me a 3120 with a loader - not sure it it was the cx for around 19k.

Is this a good price on the 4720? Not sure if I prefer the ag tires or the R4's. Iam a farmer and I am used to the ag thread. ONe thing I don't like about the R1 ag tires are they are only 4 ply and the R4's are 8 ply tires.

Unless you are running a number of PTO driven attachments, I would consider the 4520. I had one, and really liked it. It has plenty of power also and the 400cx loader is really nice. Unless you just want a 4720 I would go with the 4520 and get the better loader.
