JD 48 backhoe, with a different brand name

I found this on Facebook Marketplace in our area. This is looks exactly like the JD 48 backhoe that I have, but it has a weird “Zetor” brand on it. Looks like Zetor is a Swedish brand.

So who really made the model 48 backhoe for JD???
