Not sure if this is applicable, but...
A few years back, some of the 50xx series had reports of melting fuel tanks. You might be able to search some of the old threads here.
I believe the melting tanks were caused by overheating hydraulics, something about a mis-adjustment on a _______(?). When the 3 point hitch was raised too high it would keep trying to lift, operate a relief valve, which would overheat oil, melt tank.
Could same issue show up as problems elsewhere?
When I raise my 3 point hitch to the very top, I then lower it a couple inches and check if I hear any change to hydraulics to make sure relief valves aren’t unnecessarily operating.
