JD 5200/Hardee,ditch bank cutter?

My queston,can the 5200 handle a ditch bank cutter with 5ft. deck,I dont know the weight of the hardee ditch bank cutter.There is a sale this week-end and there are 2 hardee ditch bank cutters with hydralic slide,I have a small farm with a pond and some ditches and mowing would be easier I believe than weed eating,any thoughts and opinions or suggestions would be appreciated.

If the unit is not too heavy for your 3pt hitch you should be able to handle it.
You will need front weights. It should have a counter balance weight to balance the cutter.

Would a 9 ft sickle mower do the job? Be a lot safer. Ken Sweet
