If you do not mind me asking what are you plans for the tractor? Since the only tractors I have seen with those tires spend their day on the golf course.

I hope they work OK... I'm going to be using it for mowing clover & alfalfa mostly.... I have about 10 acres of that and I plant around 6 acres of fall food plots.... and then the various other stuff like grading the drive and moving gravel on occasion... It's for my hunting ranch in Iowa. I guess I could change them out if they are a problem... any idea what a used set of tires & wheels might run?

I do not know about the cost of tires and rims. My neighbor got some off brand AG-1 rear tires and paid $300 each and thought he got a really deal. Note if you do change tires, because it has MFWD on it, there is a size relationship between the front and rear.

Some light reading for you. These things may not apply to your tractor, but it is nice to know if the problem should come up. Do a search on 5310s on this site there have been reports of problems with the temperature sensor going bad and causing the tractor not to start. Simple fix.

Sometimes with my tractor I find it hard to get in and out of MFWD. With the clutch in and just a very little roll, it goes in and out very easy. With those big tires on it, unless for safety reasons, I would avoid make turns while in MFWD as the front tires have to skid a little to make the turn.

Sounds like you might be doing some bush hogging. If what you are cutting is high, I would take the forks off and put the remaining part on the loader and tilt it down a little this way it will push down what you are about to go over, so you can see easier and avoid it rubbing against the bottom of the tractor.

JD5210: How does the search engine work for the Deere 'Tips & Troubleshooting' page?

From here I enter a model number, select a machine, and enter a keyword. When I click on submit nothing happens.

I did not use the search engine you referenced to find the URLs I posted. A few years back John Deere had a different search box in the upper right hand corner that I used.

With respect to the link I posted, is there a more efficient way to grab data for a specific tractor?
