If you still can not get Error codes, check the following:
On the valve housing for the power quad:
1 Connections to the Solinoids (both Forward and Reverse) disconnect them, look for corrosion.
2 Test the Solinoids with an OHM meter. Not sure how many OHMs, but you want to see continuity, NOT an open coil.
3 Connector for Enable Pressure Switch
4 Not sure how to test, but Enable Pressure Switch "tells" the RCU the system has oil pressure
5 Broken or rodent chewed wires
There is an Enable Solinoid. If the RCU detects an Error it closes this solinoid, which will stop oil flow and prevent movement.
