Can anyone give me a general idea of what a three year old 757 with about 200hrs is worth? Good shape, used in a one-owner residential setting. New, it was roughly $7,300 or so. North Louisiana region.

Should add that I checked with a local dealer who indicated that they use a $1,200-$1,500 depreciation figure (based on condition/use) per year. The rep indicated that the selling price was $7,350, so, if it's three years old that puts it in the $2,900-$3,800 range. Does this sound about right?

New today they are $10,400 list

My dealer told me that with compact tractors, his rule of thumb is to deduct $15 per hour for what ever is on the hour meter. Probably doesn't work for air cooled gas units though......

It Should Price Out Around $4000 +/-.Blue Book Is $3,770-4600 W/a
54" Cut Mower Deck.

$4500 with a 60" deck and $4300 with a 54" deck is about right for this machine with 200 or so hours that is in good shape.

Thanks! We've landed on $4K; it has the 60" deck and actually has around 90 hours on it, so it sounds like I'm in the right range. I should pick it up at the end of this week.
