Hi, we need to split the old jd820 and my boys and I are wondering how to safely detach and roll forward the engine half to get at the clutch bearings, we don't have a crane and are doing it outside on layers of plywood. we have the back stable and rigged a lift for the front but there seems to be no safe lifting point. Anyone have some advice on this we don't want to wreck the old girl, unfortunately all manuals we had burned in house fire 2yrs ago so were going in blind... any advice when we get in there would be helpful also.
