JD announces new 3203 CUT

JD released announcement on new tractor. with a YANMAR engine. Perhaps the jd-yanmar split on CUT engines was premature.

I went the the web site not posted there where I could build it to compare to the 3320 or 3520 etc. wonder when the stats will be up.

Last I checked Deere still hadn't pinned down an exact ship date for the 3203. Back in Oct '05 they were saying maybe Aprilish. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Looks like a poofed down 3320! It should go head-to-head in most specs with the K L3400. If it has Motion Match and independent PTO, it will be that segments' leader.

It the picture it appeared to have a fixed ROPS. I wonder if a folding one will be available?

Last I heard there would be 1 SKU... Fixed ROPS, Dual SCV, R4 Tires. No motion match/load match.... it will have a mechanically controlled hydrostatic transmission. They're hoping to use this lack of customization to keep the cost down... just build 'em and roll 'em out the door. It is a nice tractor though. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

That's about what the guy who writes orders at my dealership figures. He's been selling JD for 25 years so probably knows whereof he speaks.
